Overview
With this offer the Alliance offers itself as the intermediary to link up the country requesting support with the technical assistance provider. This offer includes sharing of best practices and innovation for food systems transformation. Technical assistance is provided to defend endangered local farmer markets and their participants through policy inclusion. The offer envisages support as well in building capacity and leadership in communities to empower and strengthen community-based initiatives.

Eligibility
To be eligible to request this service country need to be partners of the Resilient Local Food Supply Chains Alliance.
Cost and funding
The amount cost of this offer is to be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the necessities of the requesting country. If costs are to be applied the country will be supported to mobilize the resources needed. It is to be noted that some the assistance may have to be provided online.
Time period
The time period for the delivery of this service has to be discussed with the requesting country and depends on the urgency of the request. Modalities for mobilizing the support required may also affect the delivery of the service.

To request this service, National Food Systems Convenors are invited to submit a request to the UN Food Systems Coordination Hub (the Hub). The Hub will review each request and reach out directly to the National Convenor to connect them with the service provider.
