Overview

This service helps Member States affected by food crises and conflict implement their National Food Systems Transformation Pathways using the Humanitarian-Development-Peace (HDP) Nexus approach. Through this service, National Convenors can join the Community of Practice established by the HDP Nexus Coalition, a multistakeholder initiative launched at the 2021 United Nations Food Systems Summit. Co-chaired by the g7+, SIPRI, FAO, and WFP, the Coalition brings together over 65 members committed to tackling the root causes of food crises. Hosted by the Global Network Against Food Crises and funded by the EU DG INTPA until 2025, this service focuses on strengthening resilience and stability in conflict-affected settings. It promotes knowledge exchange, collaboration, and peer-to-peer learning among National Convenors from g7+ countries and Coalition partners, ensuring collective progress toward food systems transformation.
