This side event will bring together representatives from governments, resource partners, UN and organizations to discuss multi-stakeholder efforts that advance food systems transformation alongside climate action, with a focus on the key partnerships within the UN Food Systems Coordination Hub’s Convergence Initiative. Building on outcomes from UNFSS+2 and COP28, the event will showcase national and regional progress in aligning food systems and climate goals, highlighting insights from Convergence Initiative pilot countries and diverse partner contributions to sustainable resource management and climate resilience.
